Welcome back Jungle cats! Our exciting featured designer today is Tracee Fromm of Fromm Me To You. Earlier this year I started noticing the cutest little lighted ornaments come through my feed on FaceBook. Tracey has created a menagerie of characters that work with those tiny light up electric votives.
