Triple Textured Tawashi - NO sewing or joining!

Red Heart Yarns was has come out with an AMAZING line for tawashi's, dishcloths, and scrubbies!!!  This pattern works up super fast and it works better than any tawashi I have designed yet!!!!

Materials:

Red Heart Scrubby yarn

Notions:

Metal Yarn Needle; Scissors; Measuring Tape

Size I/5.5 MM Bubble Hook or size needed to obtain gauge

Sizes:

As large or small as you choose!  This should work with Any yarn and appropriately rated hook

Skill Level:

Intermediate
Abbreviations:

CH = Chain; ST = Stitch; SL ST = Slip Stitch; 

SC = Single Crochet; DC = Double Crochet;

Gauge:

Not important for this project, gauges may vary depending on your tension.  my finished tawashi is 3.25" wide 

Notes:

1) Do not count CH 2 as a ST.

2) Join to 1st ST in the 1st ST of each round with a slip stitch.

R1: CH2, join with SL ST to form loop, work 10 DC inside loop, join to 1st DC with SL ST <10 ST>
R2: CH 2, *(DC, FPDC around same DC), repeat from * around.  Join to 1st ST with a SL ST <20 ST>
R3: CH2, *(DC INC, FPDC around next DC) , repeat from * around, join to 1st DC with a SLST <30 ST>
R4: CH2, *(POPCORN, DC, DC INC), repeat from * around.  join to thefirst CH1 that closed 1st POP with a SL ST <10 POP, 30 DC>
R5: CH2, *(3 DC, FPDC2 around the next DC on the same post), repeat from * around.  finish off with invisible join


Weave in ends and you have the best triple textured scrubbed ever!  The back has rounded rings for ridges and the front has X's and popcorns!!!!
